Code of Conduct

Welcome to Blisterr. This Code of Conduct defines the rules of behavior that apply to every user of the platform — buyers, sellers, and visitors. It complements the Terms of Service and the Sales Conditions.

1. Purpose and scope

This Code of Conduct frames behavior on Blisterr in order to ensure a safe, respectful, and reliable environment for the community. It applies to all published content (listing descriptions, messages, Peek videos, live streams, comments, reviews) and to interactions between users.

Blisterr reserves the right to remove content, suspend or delete an account in case of violation. Applicable measures include content removal, feature restrictions, shop suspension, and permanent ban.

2. Compliance with applicable regulations

Users agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to:

  • consumer law and consumer protection,
  • intellectual property (copyright, trademarks, designs),
  • product safety and standards compliance,
  • protection of minors,
  • prevention of fraud and money laundering,
  • personal data protection (GDPR).

3. Politeness and courtesy

You agree to adopt a respectful, considerate, and non-confrontational behavior toward other community members. The following are strictly prohibited:

  • insults and offensive language,
  • targeted mockery and belittling,
  • provocation and trolling,
  • doxxing (disclosing personal information),
  • intimidation and harassment in all its forms.

4. Self-destructive and dangerous behaviors

It is prohibited to publish or promote any content encouraging or trivializing:

  • self-harm and suicidal ideation,
  • eating disorders,
  • consumption of drugs or illicit substances,
  • risky driving and dangerous challenges.

5. Violence, threats, and terrorism

Blisterr enforces zero tolerance for:

  • threats of physical violence, whether explicit or implicit,
  • promotion of computer hacking,
  • the use and promotion of weapons,
  • terrorist or extremist propaganda in any form.

6. Hateful behavior and harassment

Any discriminatory content is prohibited, whether targeting an individual or a group based on:

  • ethnic or racial origin,
  • religion or beliefs,
  • sex or gender,
  • sexual orientation,
  • disability,
  • or any other characteristic protected by law.

7. Spam, scams, and malicious behavior

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • spam and unsolicited advertising,
  • phishing and scam attempts,
  • distribution of malware or malicious links,
  • manipulation of metrics (fake reviews, fake accounts, fake engagement),
  • impersonation.

8. Nudity, pornography, and sexual content

The following are prohibited on Blisterr:

  • explicit nudity,
  • pornographic content,
  • any sexualization of minors.

Blisterr enforces zero tolerance toward sexual exploitation, and fully cooperates with the relevant authorities when necessary.

9. Commercial integrity and prohibited products

Sellers warrant the authenticity, legality, and compliance of the products they list. The following are notably prohibited:

  • counterfeits (cards, figurines, unofficial derivatives),
  • weapons and their accessories,
  • illicit drugs and substances,
  • prescription-only medications,
  • child sexual abuse material.

10. Transactions on the platform only

Any transaction initiated via Blisterr must be completed on Blisterr, through the integrated wallet and Stripe. It is forbidden to redirect a buyer or seller to an external platform to finalize a payment, evade moderation, or bypass fees.

This rule protects buyers and sellers: outside of Stripe and the Blisterr wallet, no protection or recourse is guaranteed.

11. Protection of minors

Blisterr is strictly reserved for users of legal age (18 years or older). It is forbidden to:

  • create an account as a minor,
  • depict, sexualize, or exploit minors,
  • publish photos or videos of identifiable children without explicit consent from their legal guardians.

12. Intellectual property

You agree not to publish any content infringing third-party rights: images, music, logos, trademarks, illustrations, or any other protected content. Listings and descriptions must use only content you own or for which you have authorization.

13. Security, privacy, and data

Never share sensitive information publicly (card numbers, passwords, addresses, ID documents). Blisterr abides by its privacy policy: data is hosted on secure European infrastructure, and payments are processed exclusively by Stripe.

14. Reporting, moderation, and cooperation

You can report any content or behavior that does not comply with this Code via:

  • the Report function available in the app,
  • the email address support@blisterr.com,
  • the official Blisterr Discord server.

Blisterr cooperates with the relevant authorities when warranted, in particular in case of criminal offense or endangerment.

15. Measures and sanctions

In case of breach of this Code, Blisterr may apply, depending on severity:

  • a warning,
  • removal of the offending content,
  • temporary feature restrictions,
  • account suspension,
  • permanent ban,
  • wallet freeze (in case of financial dispute or suspected fraud).

16. Disputes and appeals

Any measure can be contested by writing to support@blisterr.com with the relevant supporting evidence. The Blisterr team will reassess the situation and provide a reasoned decision within a reasonable timeframe.

17. Evolution of this Code

This Code may be updated to reflect changes in the legal framework, community practices, and platform features. Users are invited to consult it regularly.
